Prior to joining ClearBlue, Jennifer was the Lead Analyst for Low-Carbon Markets at S&P Global Platts, responsible for collaborating across commodity teams to develop and communicate market outlooks. Jennifer also helped build the newly founded environmental practice as Director of Emissions and Clean Energy for PIRA Energy Group, which was acquired by S&P Global in 2016. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Drew University.

As the Director of Offset Projects at ClearBlue Markets, Vaibhav leads a team that specializes in developing and implementing carbon offset projects across diverse sectors and regions. With over a decade of experience in sustainability consulting and financing, Vaibhav has significantly contributed to developing and financing more than 50 carbon projects across NBS, sustainable technologies and tech-based removals.. His expertise extends to designing sustainability solutions, structuring bankable deals, assessing project feasibility, and carbon project development.
Vaibhav holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Finance from Lancaster University, UK, and a BA (Hons.) in Financial Services and International Business from Leeds Beckett University, UK. He is also certified with a Six Sigma Green Belt and has an Advanced Certification in Financial Modeling and Valuation.
Ivan holds a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and a post-graduate specialization in Drilling & Completions from the Institut Français du Pétrole (IFP).
