Introduction

We have established policies and procedures with the objective of protecting personal information and have appointed a Privacy Officer to oversee privacy matters for our company. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

The types of personal information we may collect about you include your name and home contact information, billing and account information, and other information incidental to our company's provision of advice and services. We limit the personal information we collect and use for client relationship and development purposes and for our publication and seminar programs to contact information and information about preferences provided by the individual.

We keep records of the work performed and services provided by us in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards. These records may include personal information. Our records are stored with safeguards against inappropriate or unauthorized access. ​

Data Subject Rights for EU Users

Compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), we grant our site visitors certain rights that they can rely upon if they wish to control the use of their personal data. 

Site visitors and otherwise users of our services enjoy the right to obtain access to the data that has been processed, along with a breakdown of the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned and the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed. Likewise, site visitors may request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning them, by providing a supplementary statement to the address disclosed at the end of this section. 

Upon request, it can also be possible to request the complete erasure or removal of all personal data that has been processed by us.
